All products from United Auto Accessories are under a one-year warranty. All products after one year can no longer be redeemed under the warranty.
Products must be shipped back to our office. Please send all products back with a tracking number. We are not liable for lost packages. Once the package has been received, someone from the returns department will call you. We can then exchange your products for working ones.
We do not ship anything out under an open invoice. If you need something right away, please purchase it first and then return the defective product later for the warranty.
